With the recent law on lifelong professional training,
employees now have an active say in their training.
They now possess tools such as the individual right
to training (Droit Individuel à la Formation),
the validation of acquired experience (la Validation
des Acquis de l’Expérience) and skills
assessments (Bilan de Compétence)… An evolution
full of interesting prospects for all those who want
to take their future into their own hands.
